Macaroni Kid is dedicated to keeping you in-the-know of local family fun this summer. Now we want to see you and your families enjoying yourselves at events, venues and places throughout the local area!
Get your cameras ready (or look through the hundreds of pics you've already taken since June) for our Local Summer Fun Snapshot Contest! Our generous partner, Lindsay Murphy Photography, has offered a prize that's sure to make you smile!
Simply submit your favorite photo of your kids, a family pic or a selfie showing you having fun this summer at a local event or activity. We know you have adorable vacation photos, but we really want to see what you've been doing locally ... like taking a family-friendly hike, chilling at the beach or spray park, riding the train or trolley, shopping at a farmer's market, or enjoying an outdoor concert.
- By 9:00 pm on Wednesday, August 5 - EMAIL the photo to danav@macaronikid.com; please include name of kid(s), age(s), and location the photo was taken.
- By 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 6 - all eligible photos will be posted for VOTING.
- At NOON on Wednesday, August 11 VOTING WILL CLOSE.
- At 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 12 the WINNER will be announced and claim the title of MOST LIKED SUMMER FUN PHOTO and (more importantly) an AMAZING PRIZE!
THE PRIZE: LMP FAMILY SESSION
Designed to be relaxed, playful, and fun for the whole family, and you choose the location. Get everyone in their own element and let freedom dictate the moment. Let’s take a walk through the park together, go get an ice cream, or explore the shores of the beach! These scenarios allow me to capture your children's unique personalities and your family dynamic in a whimsical and natural way. (Valued at $200)
INCLUDES:
- A 1 hour on-location outdoor session in the greater Seattle, Issaquah, North Bend, and Snoqualmie area
- An online gallery of at least 40 edited digital (watermarked) images suitable for sharing online
- Two 5x7 or one 8x10 professional photographic prints of your choice
- Additional professional prints and digital image files are available for purchase through Lindsay Murphy Photography*

- Photo must be of your family members only and must be able to be shared without risk of copyright infringement.
- By submitting/posting your photos, you are giving permission for Macaroni Kid Snoqualmie Valley - Issaquah to post your photos on Facebook and to use the images on our website and other social media channels for the purpose of this contest or any future Macaroni Kid marketing and you release Macaroni Kid from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality, credits or royalty payments associated with the images. You must be 18 or older and a Macaroni Kid Snoqualmie Valley - Issaquah newsletter subscriber to enter.
