Located at Grand Ridge Plaza, Chinoise is a contemporary Pan Asian restaurant defined by fresh, beautiful food ranging from sushi to pho, and from wok dishes to summer salad rolls. Founded by Seattle’s Chef Thoa Nguyen, Chinoise merges cuisines from across the Asian continent with Northwest sensibilities. Chef Thoa is a purist, who seeks out the very best ingredients and prepares authentic yet approachable food that her loyal customers crave.
What do we love about Chinoise?
- Appealing kid’s menu that includes classics like Chicken Teriyaki. Prices range from $7 to $8. All kid’s meals include a drink with choice of juice, milk or soda.
- Happy Hour specials, including house wines by the glass for $4. We recommend the Vietnamese Spring Rolls (2 for $3) and the California Roll for $4. Happy Hour is weeknights from 4:30 to 6 pm.
- Everything is cooked to order, so you can add or hold ingredients with the exception of some sauces.
- Sitting at the Sushi Bar, where you can watch the Chef create your meal.
- Fantastic takeout that’s fast and delicious.

Chinoise Sushi Bar & Asian Grill is located at 936 NE Park Drive at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah Highlands. There is plenty of free parking in the parking garage next to Regal Cinemas and throughout the shopping center. To reach the restaurant, call (425) 394-4177. Reservations are available for parties of 6 or more.
Directions and Parking at Grand Ridge Plaza: From I-90, take Exit 18 and follow E Sunset Way/Highlands Drive toward Issaquah Highlands. Continue on Highlands Drive for about half a mile to arrive at Grand Ridge Plaza.
