A few things to keep in mind ...
- Most U-Pick Farms are cash only. Bring cash - small bills are often in high demand.
- Leave your pets at home.
- Generally picking buckets are provided, but it's a good idea to bring along a small bucket for your youngest pickers. Take home flats/containers aren't always available.
- You won't find much shade in the fields, bring a hat and apply sunscreen.
- Facebook seems to be the communication tool of choice for berry-picking farms. For up-to-date information, we suggest checking there first.
