We all know that children bring great joys, as well as many challenges. And, well, motherhood is stressful ... at times.
Massage therapy is very useful in reducing the amount of stress a person carries in their body. With our fast-paced lives we often ignore our body's cues. We work too hard, don't exercise enough, don't get enough sleep, etc. We simply don't give ourselves the opportunity for a time-out or reset from our busy lives.
