Family-friendly Local Happenings from Macaroni Kid
Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, North Bend and Fall City
The first days of school are underway. The familiar summer sounds of popsicle trucks and sprinklers have given way to the sounds of buses and school bells.
In the coming weeks, many of you will have the chance to attend curriculum night and meet the people who will teach your children over the next nine months. These people, who start as strangers on day one, and become adored by the end of the school year, are teachers.
Macaroni Kid would like to help you honor the special teachers you know by giving you the chance to nominate them for Teacher of the Month. Each month, we will be giving one local teacher the extra kudos he/she deserves. It’s time to give back to someone who gives so much to your child each and every day.
