Pre-Holiday {Event} Highlights from Macaroni Kid

Thanksgiving is NEXT week!  And, ready or not, the holiday season is upon us!  But before we turn our attention to the merriment of December ... before we give our lives over to the hustle and bustle of all things Christmas and Hannukah, Macaroni Kid wants to make sure you don't miss any of the local family fun happening in the last ten days of November!  Here are just a few of the highlights; our EVENT CALENDAR lists all the family-friendly happenings!

It's worth noting that our local school districts will have some schedule changes.  Snoqualmie Valley School District is on Early Release for Parent Conferences this Friday and next Monday - Wednesday; no school on Thursday and Friday.  Issaquah School District does not have school on Thursday and Friday.

This is the perfect chance to check out one of our 20+ Favorite {Nearby} Places to Bounce, Jump, and Play.  For a quieter, more creative outing, try Mudhouse Pottery Painting in Gilman Village.  Keep the kids happy and maintain your sanity ... win, win!

There is a FROZEN SING-ALONG event at the North Bend Theatre on Monday, November 24 at 2pm!  

The King County Library Season of Stories & Songs launches this week with great programming like Baba Yaga and the Bag of Gold Puppet Show and The Tasty Tale of Brave Sir Bump.  Find out more: www.kcls.org/programs/season

ISSAQUAH: Turkey Trot to benefit Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank

Cinnebarre Issaquah 8 is now an all ages establishment and will be playing Big Hero 6 (in case you haven't seen it) on Thanksgiving Day.  Regal Issaquah Highlands Stadium 12 will also be open and showing Big Hero 6 and possibly Book of Life.  North Bend Theatre will be closed.
