Crispy Brown Rice Peanut Butter Munchies

These quick sweet snacks are really fun for kids to help make, there is no oven or stovetop needed!

  • ½ Cup chunky peanut butter
  • ½ Cup honey
  • ½ Cup chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, pecans)
  • ¼ Cup shredded unsweetened coconut (sweetened coconut can also be used)
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Cups crispy brown rice cereal (regular rice krispies can also be used)

Mix peanut butter, honey, nuts, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add cereal and stir gently until cereal is well coated. Place a dish of water near the bowl. Using clean wet hands, form the mixture into small balls.
