- ½ Cup chunky peanut butter
- ½ Cup honey
- ½ Cup chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, pecans)
- ¼ Cup shredded unsweetened coconut (sweetened coconut can also be used)
- ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Cups crispy brown rice cereal (regular rice krispies can also be used)
Mix peanut butter, honey, nuts, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add cereal and stir gently until cereal is well coated. Place a dish of water near the bowl. Using clean wet hands, form the mixture into small balls.
