Kids Obstacle Challenge: Running, Jumping, Obstacles, Mud & Smiles

If swinging on a rope swing, army crawling through tough terrain, scaling up rugged cargo nets, and sliding into a muddy paradise sound like fun to your 5- to 16-year-old, then the Seattle Kids Obstacle Challenge is for them!

The Kids Obstacle Challenge is an event series consisting of a 1-2 mile adventure course with 10-15 challenging and fun obstacles specifically designed for kids. It's coming to the Seattle area (Lake Sammamish State Park) on August 13. Registration is going on now, just choose your start time. Waves begin at 9:00 am and end at 2:00 pm.

The entry fee is $30 in advance and $40 day-of for kids. Re-runs are $5. Parents are welcome to run with their kids for free! 

Kids Obstacle Challenge is your opportunity of the summer to get muddy and have a blast with your kids! Finally, a mud run that is fun for the whole family. At Kids Obstacle Challenge, kids own the course without the distraction of competitive adult participants.

Please note that a Discover Pass is required for vehicle access to state parks and recreation lands managed by the Washington State Parks. Lake Sammamish State Park will require vehicles to have a pass. You can purchase your Discover Pass in advance through the Kids Obstacle Challenge website or onsite the day-of the event.
