Allegro Pediatrics is now open at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah Highlands. Home to seven board certified pediatricians, the clinic is located at the corner of High Street NE and 10th Avenue NE and is accepting new patients. Who will you meet at the new clinic? Read on to get to know the Issaquah Highlands pediatricians.
Dr. Linda Hung: “I chose to work in pediatrics because of the unique experience of watching kids grow and develop from infancy to adulthood.”
Dr. Linda Hung joined the practice in 2003. After completing her undergraduate degree in physical therapy at the University of Washington, she worked as a physical therapist for five years before attending medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Hung returned to Seattle for her pediatric residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Dr. Hung is also available to provide medical care in both Taiwanese and Mandarin.
Dr. Jeff Landesberg: “I am constantly inspired by children who overcome illness, injury, or just life challenges. It is extremely fulfilling to help kids achieve their full potential, and have balanced and productive lives.”
Dr. Jeff Landesberg joined the practice in 2004. After attending Yale University, he went on to the University of Pennsylvania for medical school and completed his residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He continues to be involved with Seattle Children’s, keeping close personal ties to the various pediatric specialists and serving as a member of the inpatient team from Allegro Pediatrics. Dr. Landesberg enjoys taking care of more seriously ill children in the hospital, and has strong interests in sports medicine, asthma and allergy, and adoption medicine.
Dr. Tracie O'Neill: “I feel honored to partner with families, caring for their children from birth to young adulthood.”
Dr. Tracie O’Neill joined the practice in 1997. After attending the University of Southern California for her undergraduate studies, she went to the USC Keck School of Medicine for medical school. She completed her residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington. Dr. O’Neill became a pediatrician because she was interested in the changing dynamics of caring for children at different ages, developmental stages and diseases.
Dr. Robert Roskin: “The most fun thing I do is go to work every day.”
Dr. Rob Roskin joined the practice in 1998. He attended Yale University for his undergraduate studies, and the University of Pennsylvania for medical school. Dr. Roskin completed his residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He is still involved with Seattle Children’s, and enjoys working at the Stanley Stamm Camp every summer. He is also a clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Kate Ryan: “Having had supportive parents, I love being able to spend time with families and see their versions of this type of loving support.”
Dr. Kate Ryan joined the practice in 2002. She completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University before moving on to University of California, San Francisco for medical school. Dr. Ryan then moved to the Pacific Northwest and completed her residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Dr. Ryan’s experience in caring for people started early. She was trained as an EMT and joined the local rescue squad at age 15. During medical school, Dr. Ryan volunteered to care for the children on the specialty services. It came as no surprise to her friends that she decided to go into pediatrics, given her love of children and extensive knowledge of camp songs and children’s books.
Dr. Gwen Seaver: “I love how fun and spontaneous kids are, and their amazing capacity to heal.”
Dr. Gwen Seaver joined the practice in 2007. She attended Willamette University for her undergraduate studies, and the University of Washington for medical school. Dr. Seaver completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She has a passion for medical education and enjoys working with medical students and residents from the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. Dr. Seaver also has a strong interest in sports medicine. She enjoys living and working in the same community, so that she and her patients can get to know each other outside of the clinic.
Dr. Roberta Winch: “I have always enjoyed working with children. Their vast energy, honesty, and innocent outlook on life always amaze me. I get to smile or laugh every day at work.”
Dr. Roberta Winch joined the practice in 2006. She attended Seattle University for her undergraduate studies, and the University of Washington for medical school. Dr. Winch completed her residency at the University of Arizona. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine.
