MY WHY:
By now you know I’m doing the Jenny Craig Rapid Results Program. I’m in the process of making myself and my health a priority and setting a good example for my daughter. There is nothing like hearing your child say, “Mommy, I’m so proud of you!” It’s amazing knowing my daughter believes that I can succeed.
WEIGHT LOSS:
I just finished week two of the Jenny Craig Program and I’ve lost 6.2 pounds in so far (average weight loss 1-2 lbs/week for members following the program). My clothes are getting loose. I’m seeing definite definition in my waist and the best part, I have more energy. Energy to go for walks, lift weights, try new fitness classes and keep up with my daughter.
RAPID RESULTS PROGRAM
