Mark your calendars for the Encompass Inspire week of Giving April 26th-30th. After an exciting week of impactful, fun, and inspiring stories shared across the Encompass social media channels tune into the virtual finale event Friday, April 30th, 9-9:30 am.

Formerly the Rise and Thrive Breakfast, the Inspire Week of Giving will raise vital funds for programs supporting children and families in our community. There is no registration required to attend the finale event, simply log into tinyurl.com/Encompass-Inspire-2021 to access the live program.

The live finale program will take place on Youtube and will be hosted by Emmy-winning TV and news personality Chris Cashman.  The program will feature a touching family speaker story from beloved supporters Becky and Jessica Kitz. With more than 30 years of connection with Encompass, their story embodies the Encompass vision of a community where ALL children thrive.

Throughout the week, the public is encouraged to participate through the Encompass social media channels as Encompass shares stories about their values; Welcoming Spirit, Integrity, Connection, Kindness, Excellence, and Respect, through videos, stories, and contests.

“This year has been a challenge for all of us and the stories we are telling highlight the creativity and resilience we have seen in our families, children, staff and volunteers over the past year.” Nela Cumming Executive Director said. “We hope that the event will inspire you to support the vital services that Encompass provides every day.”

During the finale event, Executive Director Nela Cumming and Board President Tavish Maclean will be presenting this year’s Corporate and Community Partners of the Year Awards.

All proceeds from this event, sponsored in part by Nintendo, Abbott Construction, Hutt Construction, Pacific Office Automation, Heritage Bank, Overlake Hospital, and OAC Services will bring vital funds and support to Encompass programs and services.
