Enrollment is now open for landlords who have five or more units that are behind in rent. Information on sign up is available on the EPRAP Landlord page. Enrollment will begin on May 17, 2021 for tenants and for smaller landlords. Individuals interested in this can sign up for updates by submitting an interest form here.
