WINTER ❄️ PARENT RESOURCE GUIDE

By Snoqualmie Valley-Issaquah-Sammamish Macaroni KID November 22, 2024

As we enter what's known as the most wonderful time of the year, it's important to remember what makes this season so wonderful ... time with family and friends, and the chance to give to those we love and those in need. While my family celebrates Thanksgiving (November 24th this year), Hanukkah (December 18- December 26), and Christmas (December 25), you never know what holiday traditions or celebrations your neighbors and friends may have.  Ask them to share with you and encourage your kids to learn more.

Opening your mind and heart to others' views, opinions, traditions, and lifestyles, is just a step closer to a healthier, happier world. -Diana Reul

While we will add to this article as events are added, the wait is over, here is your 2022 LOCAL Santa Sightings, Tree Lightings & Holiday Happenings list!

And here are some other holiday goodies for you:

Remember to shop local as much as you can this holiday season (and no Amazon doesn't count). Small businesses make communities come together and keep money in the area.

As you know we will be adding to this list as we hear of events.

Please note: we always suggest that you confirm an event is happening before attending. And if you notice we're missing an event, please email ANNMARIEM@macaronikid.com or fill out this form for a quick reply.
