For me there is something almost magical about a concert in the park. I just love the casual atmosphere, the fresh air, the picnic supper, and, of course, the entertainment. While the timing of an outdoor concert means bedtimes are postponed and sometimes that means a meltdown on the way home, I find it totally worth it! If you haven’t yet attended or just can’t get enough, be sure to mark your calendar for the remaining outdoor concerts of the season!
Here is a list of the cities in our area - but there are many others in between and further away. My family has a goal of attending at least one concert in each location!
Issaquah Concerts on the Green
- Tuesday evenings; July 9th through August 27th
- 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Located on the lawn outside the Community Center
- Pick a favorite downtown restaurant or try one for the first time and then walk over to the concert
- Thursday evenings; July 11th through August 29th
- 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Located at Pine Lake Park; additional parking available at Discovery Elementary as well as shuttle service from the Park-and-Ride on 228th Avenue
- Pack a picnic. There are also hot dogs and ice cream to purchase
- Thursday evenings; June 14th to September 13th

- Plenty of tasty food options available from Farmers Market vendors
