This festive time of year includes Winter Break, two weeks that are simultaneously rejoiced and, if we're being honest, a tiny bit dreaded.  

If you have school-aged children, you know exactly what I am talking about. Teachers and students are ready for a much-needed break from school.  Parents are facing the predicament of figuring out what to do with their kids for a long stretch of sixteen days.  Don't panic!
